home / development phases
Each phase requires a different type
1- Initiation Phase
In this phase, we start by defining the website goals, objectives. We examine the feasibility of the project, address concerns and what deliverables are needed to fulfill the purpose. The Initiation phase is the most critical because when the goals are misunderstood, you set yourself up for project failure.
At this stage, we are busy creating a comprehensive project plan. We gather the requirements; we address the features, functionalities, and how the user will navigate through the system. We also discuss security access, security policies, and the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certification.
In this phase, the architecture and user experience established. The sitemap, the page layout, and the website screen are designed using prototypes or mockup. This phase is also used to start The Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) for the database.
4- Development Phase
In this phase, codes are written and checked for inconsistencies. The system functionalities implemented, and early testing begins. Quality Control (QA) monitored, and the systems are tested to ensure it meets the requirements. We check the security mechanisms for inconsistencies, fix bugs and document at this stage.
5- Deploy System & Train Users
The deployment and train users are the final phases. We deploy and again test the system using real users to ensure its ready for live production. We also train the users on the new network at this stage.
